By recognizing excellence in our Realtors, we give them a well-earned chance to shine in front of our customers and our peers in the industry. What good is success if nobody knows about it? Letting people know that we reward our best, tells them we also demand the best, and aren’t afraid to spotlight it.

The ultimate achievement is entrance into the exclusive National Chairman’s Club. Only the best of the best are members. They’re the most successful one percent of our residential sales force as of a designated period, based on closed and collected commissions.
The Award of Excellence is a close second to being in the Club. It is awarded to first-time inductees, repeat qualifiers and sustaining members who have attained the Director’s Platinum or President’s Gold Award in five out of seven previous, consecutive years. For longer-serving Realtors, The Lifetime Award of Excellence is presented to members attaining President’s Gold ten out of fourteen consecutive years.

The Director’s Platinum Award is awarded to Realtors who sell in the top five percent of each residential market’s Realtor’s earnings (defined as gross closed and collected commissions in the preceding year).
The President’s Gold Award is presented to Realtors who sell in the top 6th – 10th percentile. The Master Sales Award is awarded to those whose sales are in the top 11th – 20th percentile. Finally, The Sales Achievement Award is awarded to those in the top 21st – 25th percentile.
